Bertot Brecht created the life of Galileo in the late 1930's. he wrote it with an actor called Charles Laughton. The play was used to express his political views. Brecht had very strong views on Communism, which he was all for. Communism is a belief that everyone should get equity treated. As in, that no matter what your job is you should be paid the same. The employee would be paid as much as the person of higher ranking in their business. They believe that one persons role in the company or job is just as important as the next persons.
